Values
The underlying value in all we do is a belief that every person is created by God, unique and of value for who they are. Regardless of ability, race, creed, gender or background we look to create opportunities through which encouragement and growth can occur as well as, where appropriate, enabling the exploration of the Christian faith. We are committed to responsible stewardship of our World and good environmental care in all our actions.
As a registered charity we guarantee that any profits are re-invested in the further improvement of the Centre's provision.
We aim to:
Offer a challenge and an encouragement toward an attitude of openness and questioning in relation to spirituality and the Christian faith.
Offer a safe and secure environment for groups to work together and grow.
Ensure the highest level of instruction and equipment for all activities.
Build confidence and through participation and team work enable people to look beyond themselves as they face new challenges.
Enable the ongoing work of client groups to progress and develop through the use of the outdoor environment.
Provide quality facilities in both the indoor and camping accommodation.
Enable groups to explore and encounter God in his creation.
Always work with our clients to tailor programmes to suit the needs of their groups. The Centre is widely used by those from schools, parishes, youth projects, charities and businesses.
