Activities
We aim to provide a quality activity with a professional instructor
giving you an excellent experience.
All the activities are regularly risk assessed and all equipment is checked regularly and full safety check every 3 months. The instuctors are all qualified to appropriate National Governing Body level, and have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau, they are First Aid qualified and are gifted in the activities they teach. We have divided the activities into three groups.
Click on the type of activity you are interested in and you will find a brief description and some information to help you decide which activities are appropriate for your group.
The booking form should be returned as soon as you have some idea of what activities you would like during your stay, no less than eight weeks before your visit, together with a deposit of £30 per activity. Any activities which you cancel within 4 weeks of your visit will be charged at the full amount.
Due to more stringent safety regulations and stricter guidelines from the National Governing Bodies regulating the individual sports we are obliged to keep to the following rules:

A maximum of 10 participants per instructor is allowed, plus one adult group leader, on all activities.

Group leaders will be expected to assist the instructor with group supervision and discipline.
Sessions are as follows:
Morning session - 9.30am - 12.30pm
Afternoon session - 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Evening session - 6.30pm - 9.00pm
Every effort will be made to keep to the booked schedule, however, due to weather or other conditions beyond our control it may be necessary to change activities at the last moment.
