Activities

We provide quality activities with professional instructors to give you an excellent adventure experience.  Every programme is tailored to the individual needs of your group, to guarantee that your visit will be both beneficial and memorable.  Let us help you achieve your goals!  

All our activities are risk assessed and equipment is regularly checked. Our instructors are all qualified to appropriate National Governing Body standards, are CRB checked, fully trained in outdoor first aid and above all are gifted in the activities they teach.  You will find copies of risk assessments for all our activities as downloads on our 'About Us' page.

Normal session times are:

Morning     9.30 - 12.30

Afternoon  1.30 - 4.30

Evening      7.00 - 9.30

Session times can be tailored to suit your programme.

Each activity group caters for up to 10 participants per instructor plus one adult leader.  Staffing ratios may need to be higher to ensure the best possible activity experience for your particular group.
