Guidelines for Activity Bookings
Please contact us to request a booking form. The booking form should be returned as soon as you have some idea of what activities you would like during your stay, and no less than four weeks before your visit, together with a deposit of £20 per activity.
Due to more stringent safety regulations and stricter guidelines from the National Governing Bodies regulating the individual sports we are obliged to keep to the following rules:
- A Maximum of 10 participants per instructor is allowed, plus one group leader, on all activities.
- Group leaders will be expected to assist the instructor with group supervision and discipline.
Sessions are as follows:
- Morning session -
- 9.30am - 12.30pm
- Afternoon session -
- 1.30pm - 4.30pm
- Evening session -
- 6.30pm - 9.00pm
On-site activities take approximately 2 - 2½ hours.
Off-site activities take approximately 3 hours, starting and finishing at the Centre.
Extra travel time is required to climb at The Pit at Llangorse and the Warehouse at Gloucester.
To avoid disappointment, activities are subject to availability and must be booked well in advance of your visit and no later than 4 weeks prior to your visit.
Any activities which you cancel within 4 weeks will be charged at the full amount.
Every effort will be made to keep to the booked schedule, however, due to weather or other conditions beyond our control, it may be necessary to change activities at the last moment.
