2. Once we have agreed dates and requirements with you we will make a provisional booking and will email you a booking form.

3. Return the completed booking form to us within 21 days of making a reservation, with the required deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are as follows:

· Accommodation – £4 per person per night

· Activities – £65 per group per session

· Day Hire – payment in full
