The Team at the Christian Adventure Centre
Tony Williams.
Tony is our Centre Manager and also instructs activities for our groups. He has managed the Centre for 7 years.
Tony Hawker-Bond.
Tony has been involved with the Centre for the past 8 years, taking care of maintenance around site, and also instructing activities for our visiting groups.
Ali Thompson.
Now in her 6th year at the Centre, Ali is our full time Centre Instructor, she also makes sure our grounds are kept looking beautiful.
Geoff Cater
Geoff joined our staff team having retired from the Avon Fire Service, and is now in his 2nd year at the Centre. He works on site maintenance, instructs activities and also keeps an eye on our fire safety procedures.
Lucy Crick
Lucy is our Office Manager and also takes care of Bookings and Activities, working with our groups to provide the best activity programme to suit their needs.
Haley Cartlidge.
Haley is our General Administrator and Book Keeper, locked away in the office she keeps the paper work in order, she is now in her 6th year at the Centre.
Malvina Dobbs.
Malvina is our Housekeeper, she has been keeping the site clean, tidy and comfortable for our visiting groups for the last 7 years.
Matt Herron
Matt joined us as a volunteer and his contribution to our staff team has been fantastic. He has now been with us for over a year working on site maintenance and also instructing some activities for our groups.

We have a great team of freelance instructors, who enable us to provide you with a great choice of adventure activities.

Each year we have a great team of people who give their time to assist us with their skills; from the practical to time to listen and give advice. Their contribution is invaluable, and we are always open to more folks joining in.
